More than 50 years distant from the original of the new development project. During this period the house has undergone several changes, including enlargements and at the facade.

The main objective of the project was to adapt the existing building to a new family, through small interventions able to modernize, structure and organize successive unconnected changes made over the years.

The most significant element of this transformation is the stairwell that runs through the building, and besides to solve lighting issues in the basement ,of privacy on the entrance floor and safety at room floor, gives formal unity to the project.
