The current situation of the museum is the exhibition of several sculptures in a urban park. The aim of the competition is to create a museum where it’s possible to exhibit pieces that need to be placed indoor, keeping the ones that already exist in the park.

The solution is to use the existing site division in two plots. In the smaller plot is built a new building in U shape, which creates a new square for the city and the museum. In this building there is a space for temporary exhibitions and public areas.

Connected to this square by a tunnel there is the permanent collection. These pieces are disposed along the park in several pavilions. In the patios created by this pavilions will be placed the sculptures that already exist in the park, keeping the exterior character of the museum.
